Designed for medium to large groups, Lori’s TED-style talks are targeted to everyone in the organisation, from graduates to executives. They cover a broad spectrum of lifestyle and corporate skills, including self-leadership, work-life harmony, time management, personal branding, stress management and developing the resilient mindset.

Masterclasses

These focused, high-impact sessions are designed for small groups (typically 8–20 participants in person, with scalable online delivery) and are suited to people managers, emerging leaders, and professionals in roles that require influence, judgement, and strong interpersonal skills.

Masterclasses are practical and outcomes-driven, creating space for leaders to step back from operational demands, strengthen leadership capability, and sharpen how they show up in complex environments.

Each programme is custom-designed to align with organisational priorities and leadership objectives, ensuring relevance and application. Topics may include:

  • Leadership presence, assertiveness, and confidence

The emphasis is on behavioural shifts that improve leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and team performance — with practical tools leaders can apply immediately and embed over time.

 

Masterclass design can include:

  1. An analysis session to establish the client’s needs. This may extend to online surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews with employees.

  2. Programme design, based on feedback from the analysis session and aligned with the client’s HR strategy, to meet specific challenges and cover focus areas.

  3. A programme plan that’s aligned to employees’ time commitments, including frequency and duration.

  4. Feedback reporting to gauge satisfaction levels, key learnings, and challenges.

  5. An optional follow-up session and group coaching

  6. An optional communication campaign providing accountability assignments, useful resources and tools between sessions.
